JUMP Grand Opening

JUMP is the world’s first virtual reality wingsuit simulator.

By utilizing the latest in virtual reality and custom-made VR helmets and modifying real wing suits, JUMP makes the near impossibility of human flight a reality.

Leading up to the grand opening in May 2022, I hosted several VIP events for investors, industry celebrities, and others to get the word out and spread the hype.

My role

Following the completion of their HQ in Bluffdale, UT, JUMP was ready to let the world experience all of the adrenaline, with none of the risk. We invited everyone to join us at the grand opening.

Some of my responsibilities included:

Total creation and management from start to finish of all VIP and grand opening events
Coordinating vendors, press, investors, and helicopter pilots
Event promotion through email campaigns
Event registration management
Speaker coordination, orientation, and instruction
Run of show/agenda creation and day-of management
Supporting CEO prior to his speaking events
Catering support and tablescape design
Attendee and on-site guest support
